We are a Real Estate company based in Cincinnati, OH that buys distressed properties directly from sellers.

We need a full-time phone rep able to make outbound and receive inbound calls that come from our marketing.

Must be available 9am - 7pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. There will be weekend hours sometimes too when we're busy!

Some calls will be warm leads you are returning, others will be cold calls you make to certain marketing lists we buy/create.

Must speak very clear English and have a very clear, easy to understand accent. The more you sound like a mid-western USA native, the better.

You'll be handling 100+ outbound calls daily. Some will be warm leads that are nice, some will be cold leads. Some will be angry and want to be removed from our call list but every single one called us first in response to our marketing.

You MUST have prior RE experience and experience in phone sales. We will set you up with MojoDialer as well to make calls with.

You will have a basic script to read from, but your job is to connect with the seller emotionally, find out their pain points, find out WHY they are selling, and what we can do as a company to help them achieve their goals. We are NOT looking for a robot to just read a script, we need someone who can show emotion, kindness, connection, empathy, etc. They may be selling due to bad situations (divorce, bankruptcy, taxes, etc) so you need to show compassion and our goal is to help them out of their situation while buying great properties for our company. You must be able to let them lead the conversation while still capturing all of the data we need from every call. We do NOT just read a script line by line.

You will need to know how to use Podio as all leads are tracked inside of Podio. We can train you on our system, but you'll need to be able to learn Podio CRM very quickly with a short 30-60 minute tutorial. It is pretty easy to get going on.

You will also need to know other tasks and have more admin duties. Calls, research, using county records, databases, spreadsheets, Word, Excel, Dropbox, etc. Typing speed of 50WPM or higher is required.

You will need to be very good with data entry, navigating websites to find what you need, calling city officials and sounding professional, calling leads and following up with them about selling their home, etc.

We offer full-time hourly pay, plus $25-50 in bonus commission for every appointment you set that turns into a deal for our team.
This should happen 5-10 times each month!
